WHAT DOES A HEAD HOTEL HOUSEKEEPER DO? In this housekeeping role, you're in charge of making sure our rooms are sparkling clean and ready for our guests. You start your day by assigning which rooms need to be cleaned and then inspect them to make sure they meet our high standards of cleanliness. You're like a cleaning superhero!You also work with the front desk team to make sure that all the rooms are properly recorded in our system and that departing guests have checked out. It's like a well-oiled machine, and you're the one making sure all the gears are turning smoothly. You're also responsible for hiring and training new team members You make sure everyone feels appreciated and part of a fun culture.
