Job Summary: Responsible for delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services with youth district-wide, under the supervision of the MHP, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. The BHT will support the PBIS team and be involved in a broad range of training and development activities, assessment services, case consultation, and will be required to complete quality documentation of services provided. Performance Responsibilities: Delivers behavioral services district wide for both youth therapy and staff training and follows through on delivering the principles and procedures of behavior analysis. Follows the behavior reduction and behavior skill acquisition protocols. Communicates with clients, parents and caregivers regarding client progress. Completes accurate, timely clinical documentation of the highest quality and consistent with agency standards, rules and regulations. Completes required assessments, training modules, behavioral plans and progress notes. Collects data, graphs data, analyze and summarize data. Use data to monitor the course of treatment services for individual youth. Attends and participates in all clinical reviews, consultations, internal/external student meetings, and/or any client review meetings requiring the BHT's input. Participate in and assist with PBIS program implementation, participation and ability to apply plans for all three tiers. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, education or another human service related field or a bachelor's degree in some other field is preferred, AND one year of experience working with children in a paid position preferred. Experience in the field and knowledge of emotional disturbance and other challenging behaviors. Experience working in schools or behavioral health system - preschool to age 21 preferred. Experience in the field and knowledge of Multi-Tiered Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS).
