Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse for our infusion center.Location: East LaytonHours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm Responsibilities: Ensure proper patient satisfaction by attending to medical needs as determined by the attending physician. Administer IV medications and biologics. Maintain a safe and therapeutic patient care environment. Provide and oversee direct patient care in accordance with established physician's orders. Utilize knowledge of medications, procedures, infection control, and safety precautions. Perform vital signs and obtain patient medical histories. Maintain strict patient, computer, and company confidentiality. Expectations for Success: Current RN license to work in the State of Utah. IV therapy experience preferred Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff. Must be capable of handling multiple tasks effectively and able to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations. Demonstrate compassion and understanding for the patient and caring parties. Possess pleasant and effective written, verbal, and telephone communication skills. Basic computer knowledge.
