Company paid ongoing training, including dealer training and NATE certifications Career growth planning We pay 50% of Medical coverage for employee Professionally wrapped vans / trucks & fully stocked Fully stocked warehouse and parts runner Trane Comfort Specialist Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician Pay Range: Up To $31.00 HR/ Depending on Experience + Incentives Benefits: Medical 50% paid for employee, dental, vision, company uniform, iPhone, company vehicle, 401k with match, vacation time, paid holidays, other insurance benefits offered, and career advancement opportunities Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 40 + hours some overtime as needed Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and diagnostics on a variety of residential air conditioning systems; offering the customer a high-quality experience. Makes recommendations and educate customers on products. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background check and drug screen Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 + years of HVAC Service experience EPA Universal Certification Experience making repair and /replacement Installation decisions Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to lift and carry 50lbs Professional appearance and hygiene Desired Qualifications: Certification from an HVAC Trade School NATE Certified 3 + years of HVAC Service Experienced experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
