Amazing Care Home Health Services is currently hiring RN Case Manager for Greeley, CO Home Healthcare Visits. Coverage Areas: Greeley, Evans and Surrounding areas. Job Requirements: RN License Required. Home health experience required Ability to work independently. Excellent documentation skills with a solid grasp of computer usage. Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals.
