Utility Position/ Grounds Maintenance

Description:
Utility Position Available for Immediate Hire In addition to the grounds maintenance, this position will include some internal janitorial needs. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Web Removal High-level dusting Window cleaning Pressure washing patios and entranceways Lawn Maintenance Keep the walkway clean of debris Trim and edge walkways Water plants and grass as needed Apply fertilizer Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others. ZERO TURN experience is preferred but not required. Must have Valid state issued Driver License 5:00 am until 3:30 pm
