Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic offering Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy services to children birth to age 21. We strive to empower children with developmental, neurological, behavioral and physical challenges to help them reach the optimal level of functioning within their daily lives. Our philosophy is to treat the whole child using an individualized approach tailored to each child's specific needs. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be given a full caseload and deliver high-quality and dynamic occupational therapy services to clients as part of our clinical team. You evaluate children with a variety of developmental disorders and delays. You will documents need for intervention and progress in therapy through complete and timely documentation. If you possess the ability to get families invested in therapy for carryover of skills into the natural environment and have a familiarity and a love for children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing disorder, and other genetic/developmental disorders, please consider applying! Our therapists are dedicated to providing children, families, and physicians with the highest quality services available within a fun learning environment. For our amazing staff, we offer support from clinical leadership and management, mentorship, and continuing education . Our team of therapists are friendly and kind! To join us, you would warmly interact with our children as you provide the appropriate interventions and treatment using evidence-based therapy principles. You would thoughtfully develop personalized home exercise plans to enhance results. We prefer therapist that have familiarity and experience with the evaluation and treatment of feeding disorders. Effective oral and written communication skills in English and/or Spanish preferred. You meticulously complete needed paperwork and documentation in a timely manner. You love being able to build strong relationships as you collaborate with colleagues. Improving the lives of children in any way you can is important to you, and it feels good to play your part! This Occupational Therapist position earns a competitive base salary of $57,000 - $63,500/year , depending on experience and specialty skills.
