Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for IT Support.Location: LaytonHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Requisition, purchase, build, repair, and troubleshoot computers, printers, copiers, phones and other equipment in a timely manner Remotely troubleshoot thin clients, computers, and printers Monitor and maintain functionality of all computers and printers throughout the company Add/remove extensions and program basic features in phone system Train physicians and staff members on software and hardware, as needed Assists daily with help desk requests and maintains detailed call log Setup and maintain email accounts Order supplies and keep track of replacement parts Perform hardware installations and upgrades and software installations using images Travel to satellite clinics to provide support, as needed Assist Network Administrator, as needed Expectations for Success: A+ certified or two years of experience with computer hardware Experience with Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer Experience repairing, replacing and troubleshooting computers, printers, copiers, phones and other equipment preferred.
