Work Setting: Private home located in Surrey, BC. Work Location: Surrey, BC (Near the intersection of 96 Avenue and Prince Charles Blvd. ) Job duties: Supervise and care for children in the absence of parents. Help with bath, dressing, and feeding children. Prepare and serve nutritious meals for children. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development. Take the children to and from school and to appointments. Prepare children for nap time and help with homework as required. Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Requirements: Completion of Secondary school. At least 1 year of relevant experience or completion of the training program in childcare or a related field. Must be able to communicate in English. Ability to work without supervision.
