This will be an initial contract for 3 months based in Burton-On-Trent, offering a pay rate of £12.87 per hour. Duties: Undertake various Customer Care duties, including filtering telephone calls, responding to inquiries from the public and other agencies regarding County Council services, and signposting to partner agencies. Accurately record messages, ensuring effective communication, and perform meet and greet duties as required. Input and maintain information systems supporting children and family practitioners, ensuring records are up to date for accurate reporting on performance. Essential Criteria: Ability to accurately input and retrieve data to support performance management. Experience using Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages. Proficiency in office procedures, systems, and equipment. Familiarity with computer-based information systems.
