Our ideal candidate will combine their hands-on experience with an outgoing and approachable communication style. A fluency in both German and English. Proven, successful experience of managing Microsoft Domain Users, Windows OS, Apple Mac OS and VMware. Experience with an ITIL service management software: Service Now, BMC Remedy, Zen Desk, Zo Ho Service Desk, Jira, CA Service Desk, LANDESK, HPSM.
