Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Client Solutions Canada team in a Canadian Retail branch ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Goals will include Customer Advice Results (CARs) targets and customer focused targets i. e. (c Pulse) & Primary Banking Penetration. Accountabilities Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Focuses on expanding customer relationships from new and existing clients originating from indirect mortgage channels in assigned markets by: Growing primary banking relationships by presenting the features and benefits of relevant products to aligned with the customer’s needs and goals Deepening primary banking relationships by proactively contacting single service customers or other undeveloped customer relationships (based on capacity and as directed by the Senior Manager, Client Solutions); Ensuring an excellent customer experience is delivered by leveraging the customer experience model and the global sales principles Effectively manage changing priorities to preserve the customer experience and partner relationships Achieving objectives relating to sales results, effective customer hand-off, and adherence to compliance for products delivered and services offered; Effectively facilitating a hand-off of the newly developed customer relationship to an appropriate Branch advisor during or immediately following the CSA meeting as outlined in the hand off process; Developing and maintaining a relationship of mutual trust and confidence with customers, Mortgage Brokers, and key Scotiabank partners.
