Clayton Legal are proud to be assisting this well established and well respected, Leeds based Law Firm to recruit their 1st IT Support Technician The.Clayton Legal are proud to be assisting this well established and well respected, Leeds based Law Firm to recruit their 1st IT Support Technician The role: You will join a reputable law firm with diverse technical needs allowing you to tackle a variety of IT issues, from basic user inquiries to advanced technical problems, contributing to a dynamic and intellectually stimulating working environment. What youll be doing as a 1st Line IT Service Desk Technician: - Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related queries and issues from internal users. - Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system promptly and professionally. - Provide remote assistance to users who are experiencing remote technical issues while working offsite, either at home or at a clients office. - Provide clear and accurate information to users regarding technical problems and potential solutions. - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems for end-users. - Assist users with basic software installations, updates, and configurations. - Guide users through standard procedures to resolve technical issues, including password resets and account access. What we are looking for: - Proven experience providing technical support in a first line IT Technician role within a service desk environment. - Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic understanding of networking concepts TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and hardware components. - Be familiar with versions of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Applications - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The office is based in Leeds and this role is offered on either a hybrid min. 2 days per week in the office or fully office-based basis. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
