The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview This Mental Health Clinician position will provide primarily complex case coordination and individual, parent/care provider focused therapy services to clients and their families who are referred to the Neurodevelopmental Service at MATC. The clients in the service will range in age from 5 – 17 years and have a primary presentation of Autism, Tourette Syndrome, ADHD, Anxiety, Intellectual disability and have a broad range of behavioral, emotional and mental health concerns that impact on their home, school and community environments. Services are delivered using a family centered approach in a community-based setting. Experience 3-5 years’ experience preferred working with children, youth and families. Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral and emotional regulation and family systems interventions an asset. Providing individual, parent/care provider and group focused interventions. Working within a multidisciplinary team. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Qualified as a Clinical Social Worker (MSW), Family Therapist (MFT), Psychiatric Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or equivalent.
